In the heart of Zaandam, luxury studios, spacious apartments and a beautiful penthouse are being realised in this magnificent building. The new-build complex Romanov will be a beautiful building with a bold, Zaan architecture.
Our subsidiary De Baak Projecten is extremely proud to realise this façade in our own region. De Baak Projecten supplies and installs the insulation on the façades and creates a fully ventilated façade. We use the Iso-Finish system for the substructure, and ETERNIT sidings in different colours give the whole the look that makes Zaandam so unique.
